All the new charges against John Lucas have been withdrawn except for the one charge of defaming Justice Hrabinsky. Mr Lucas has been offered no jail time if he lowers himself down to the level of Justice Hrabinsky and pleads guilty. Mr Lucas for over 10 years has been persecuted by this nauseous man masquerading as a justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench in Saskatoon. I do not know what was on Mr Lucas‘s last poster that resulted in his again being charged with defamatory libel except that Justice Paul Hrabinsky and Chief Justice Gerein names were on the poster.

Mr Lucas is exposing Saskatchewan Justice and embarrassing Hrabinsky and Gerein as a result of the Christian Fundamental Extremists witch hunt that overtook Saskatchewan Justice in the Ross, Ross and White preliminary inquiry and trial, and the R v Kvello and Klassen preliminary inquiry. Make no mistake about it, this is about two 8 year old girls left to be raped by their brother until he was 14 years old by Saskatchewan Justice and Social Services.

Mr Lucas and his wife were found guilty in1995 by Hrabinsky of defaming a police officer found guilty of malice in the Baynton Judgement in December 2003. In 1993 Mr Lucas and his wife were not only informing the public that two 8 year old girls apprehended by Social Services were in danger and being raped, they were unknowing to them exposing the Ross, Ross and White witch hunt by Saskatchewan Justice and Social Services. The three children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders were in the hands of Christian Fundamental Extremists on a witch hunt for cults who they claimed to be sacrificing babies and eating eyeball soup. Satanic ritual abuse (SRA) is the name given to the allegedly systematic abuse of children by Satanists.

The extent that Saskatchewan Justice went to in protecting itself from embarrassment as a result of the satanic child abuse cases in Saskatchewan is well documented on injusticebusters.com, Star Chamber Proceedings and The Persecution of John Lucas 1993 - 2005. Justice Hrabinsky, Justice Dovell and G A Smiths orders to bury the truth for over 10 years and this continuation of the persecution of John Lucas and his wife by Saskatchewan Justice and Justice Hrabinsky needs to end.

Justice Hrabinsky conspired with Justice Dovell, Justice G A Smith, Nicolas Stooshinoff, Brent Gough, Audrey Brent to protect Nicolas Stooshinoff who was caught red handed along with the manager of Windsor Plywood and Excalibur Developments blackmailing a disabled Saskatoon homeowner and persecuting with malice a disabled man and his disabled 86 year old mother in retaliation for his reporting Mr Stooshinoff to the Saskatoon police. There is nothing that could be said about Justice Paul Hrabinsky that could be considered defamatory libel. He is a liar, common thief and blackmailer. This court of Queen’s Bench gangs history of injustice, secret courts, cooked up court orders and stomping on the Charter Rights of innocent people speaks for itself.

Justice Kyle’s gag order conditions were not requested by the crown, this was Justice Kyle’s doing.

12. Not to communicate in any way on a website or e-mail with anyone regarding his Court case---.

The above condition is nothing more then Justice Kyle protecting Justice Hrabinsky and the Saskatchewan Administration of Justice that lied and deceived the Justices of the Supreme Court of Canada in the Ross, Ross and White Appeal, the R v. Lucas Appeal and to prevent John Lucas from defending himself. It has been said that the R.R&W witch hunt was somehow a stronger case then the R v Kvello and Klassen witch hunt that saw the same religious loony’s and preliminary inquiry judge in both cases charging innocent people and destroying their lives. The only difference was there were more sacrificed baby’s eye balls in the eyeball soup in the Ross, Ross and White case.

Mr Lucas is in Macrorie, Saskatchewan unable to defend himself. If this injustice is allowed to continue we are all at risk.
