The John Lucas trial set for October 2005 has been postponed to I believe a date after the KVELLO V. MIAZGA Appeal. At the request of the crown, Mr. Justice Malone, has removed himself as the trial judge. He was appointed the trial judge by Chief Justice Gerein. Could it be that the judges of the Court of Queens Bench are not going to allow their names to be dragged through the mud again along with Justice Hrabinsky? There is no reason or justification for Justice Kyle’s gag order. Remove it.
